No Refunds on All Products and Services
This policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to digital downloads, coaching sessions, training materials, physical products, and subscription services.
Reason for No Refund: Due to the nature of our offerings (e.g., digital products, downloadable content, and personalized coaching), once the purchase is made, we are unable to offer a refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us directly. We will review each concern on a case-by-case basis and work to find a suitable resolution; however, a full refund or exchange will not be possible.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that a physical product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or partial resolution. Please note that full refunds are not provided for these cases.
